Our slogan is “Luxury Boxes – Luxury Roses”. From here comes our name and our business concept, which is to create elegant and modern roses arrangements in elegant boxes with an unbeatable quality.
2. Are the Infinity Roses real roses?
Yes, Our entire line of roses are real, natural roses delicately cultivated in South America.
3. What are the sizes and models of boxes?
We currently offer square boxes in 3 different sizes and two types of colors. Refer to our table below as a guide.
4. Where are your flowers from?
Our roses are imported directly from farms in South America to Texas, packaged and refrigerated with the best quality standards.
5. What kind of flower do we have available?
Fresh Cut Flowers: freshly cut and available in tons of colors and designs, from classic to modern.
Infinity Roses: Are freshly picked genuine roses that have been carefully treated. In a careful procedure, they have prepared the roses so that they give you at least one year.
6. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
7. Can I create my own Arrangements for my box?
Yes, go to Shop on our website and that will allow you to make different designs; if you want some more custom please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our florist experts will be there for help you. If you have difficulties making up your mind, we have the “Product Collections” section that allows you to choose arrangement designs by our florist experts.
8. How many roses does the box have?
***Please remember that our flowers are a natural product and some flower heads may be somewhat larger and we can use little more flowers for your arrangement than indicated.
9. Can I change or return my order?
You can change your order with at least two days in advance prior to delivery, In order to do so, send us an email with your order number and your request for change to email@example.com
10. Can I place a large order for office, event, wedding, dinner, etc?

11. What kind of payment can I choose?
Actually, we provide you with two possible payment methods: online payment with PayPal and Stripe Payment.
12. How much does the basic shipping cost and what are there different prices for
The delivery charge will be determined by the zip code you enter at checkout. Please contact us for a quote if you need a delivery outside these areas.
13. What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
We will try to contact you 3 times, if it is not possible to make the contact we will leave a voice message indicating that the flower arrangement will be left at the agreed place of delivery.
14. Which kind of delivery can I use?

FLAT RATE (HAND DELIVERY):
We also deliver our arrangements to addresses in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The delivery charge will be determined by the zip code you enter at checkout. Please contact us for a quote if you need a delivery outside these areas.
We deliver every day Monday to Saturday Including major holidays. Deliveries typically take place between 10.00am – 5.30pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
You can calculate the rate in the shopping cart option:Calculate Shipping. We normally use FEDEX and the delivery takes two or three business days.
15. How do I care for your fresh roses and Infinity roses?
Visit our section Flowers Care to obtain more information about the proper care of your roses. You will also receive a small care guide inside each box you order.
16. Can I remove the roses from the box?
No, because removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.
